We manage all parts of your mailing and postage, to deliver the best solutions for your mailing fulfillment. All part of the full service that Quercus Eight can offer our client. We manage all the paperwork and put everything in place and use our expertise to deliver the best price for our clients.
- We clean and enhance your mailing lists to maximise delivery.
- We sort and code your mailing data so you benefit from postage discounts.
- We produce your mail to the strict requirements of the UK postal operators i.e. polywrap magazines, box up publications etc.
- We sort, bag, and tag the mailing ready for collection by the different postal partners. We undertake administration and invoicing.
- We organise special deliveries to our clients, regardless of their requirements and inform them at all times, when to except their magazines.
Postage
For certain types of mail it is now possible to make considerable postage savings using what are known as Downstream Access (DSA) postal services.
Our Mailing partners have developed their our own DownStream access solution with sorted Downstream Access option.
Our Downstream Access solution can be up to 20% cheaper than Royal Mail’s equivalent service. Some of the suppliers are:

- TNT
- UK Mail
We produce circulation audit reports for our clients, ready for their ABC circulation audits as part of the service.
