International Mailing
We live in a global world and many of our clients have recipients overseas for their publications. At Quercus Eight we handle overseas mailings on behalf of our clients, negotiating competitive rates, sorting out the mailing and managing the whole process through to the delivery of just one single bill to the client for handling all aspects of the task.
We produce international mail for many clients and sort it to the strict requirements of the postal operator of each individual country.
The mail is delivered to the Heathrow operation where it is further sorted and bagged up ready to go onboard the aeroplane’s of the various postal operators.
The mail is injected directly into the destination postal system or is delivered by hand delivery agent in that country.
Our mailing partners use a wide range of postal operators and mailing agents to offer you our lowest prices i.e. if a mailing list contains addresses in Nigeria, France, Germany, and Japan then we are likely to use four different partners for that one mailing i.e. Mail Africa, La Poste, Deutsche Post, and Hermes.
